What You’ll Do
The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring every Kinn order is fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and with the level of care required by our brand standards.. This hands-on role is responsible for managing daily fulfillment operations, supports inventory accuracy, and helps maintain the operational processes that keep our warehouse running smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and has experience managing inventory in a fast-paced environment.
Fulfillment & Operations
- Manage daily order fulfillment while following all company operational policies and procedures.
- Package customer orders according to Kinn's brand standards.
- Coordinate inventory picking, packing, and preparation for engraving and other specialized fulfillment processes.
- Maintain organized inventory storage and warehouse operations.
- Support with stock transfers and inventory adjustments to ensure inventory accuracy when needed.
- Monitor fulfillment progress and communicate updates, issues, or priorities to the Operations team.
- Ensure packing materials and fulfillment supplies remain adequately stocked by monitoring inventory levels and forecasting replenishment needs.
- Safely handle and transport high-value merchandise with accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records across packaging materials and operational supplies.
- Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Report and investigate inventory discrepancies to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Support inventory planning to ensure fulfillment materials remain available for daily operations.
- Maintain inventory organization and best practices throughout the warehouse.
Quality Control
- Perform a final quality inspection of every order prior to shipment to ensure it meets Kinn's brand standards.
- Identify and report product quality concerns, coordinating repairs or replacements when necessary.
Logistics
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory transfers between locations.
- Support continuous improvements to fulfillment processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
About You
- 2+ years of fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics experience, preferably in e-commerce, fine jewelry, or luxury goods.
- Experience maintaining inventory accuracy and performing cycle counts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze inventory discrepancies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems, inventory software, or shipping platforms (ShipStation or Sumtracker experience is a plus).
